Cutting-edge technology is in use throughout our school.

BSB is truly a connected school – even our lockers are fitted with USB charging ports. There is WIFI across the whole campus and all main classrooms are fitted with interactive whiteboards to enhance learning.

Students have access to three computer suites, including a dedicated Apple suite for creative work, as well as devices such as iPads, mini iPads and digital cameras. Secondary students are also provided with laptops.

We have a number of specialist workshops and classrooms equipped with cutting-edge technologies which offer unparalleled learning experiences in a range of fields including:

• State-of-the-art music recording studios and film-editing facilities that give students the opportunity to produce professional-quality music and films;

• Design & Technology facilities including a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) suite with 3D printer, and workshops with machinery and woodworking tools;

• Food & Nutrition kitchen classrooms which are equipped with quality appliances to meet the needs of students, from the Primary School Baking Club to BTEC Hospitality students in Years 12 and 13;

• Textiles Technology workshops that provide students with the amenities to understand the design, manufacturing and marketing processes in the textiles industry.
