We are thrilled to announce that nine BSB students have won Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards for their remarkable accomplishments in the 2022/2023 examination series with one award for the highest exam result in the world, three awards for the best in Europe and six awards marking the highest scores in Belgium.
These awards are a testament to their dedication and commitment to academic excellence, and again show that BSB students can perform at the highest level in international examination categories.
Pearson Edexcel annually honours exceptional learners worldwide through the Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards (OPLAs). Winning one of these awards involves not only securing the top marks but also earning the highest grades in their respective subjects, a significant accomplishment considering the competition from thousands of learners worldwide who took the same subjects.
Here are the outstanding BSB students who have earned their place in the spotlight:
Last year, BSB celebrated the success of seven students in the Awards – an incredible achievement – but to go even further this year with nine winners is extraordinary.
To celebrate this remarkable success, each of our students has been honoured with an Outstanding Pearson Learner Award certificate from Pearson, recognising their exceptional academic accomplishments. The presentation was made on campus by Pearson’s Justine O’Brien and James Johnson, BSB’s Vice Principal and Head of Secondary School (Acting).
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of our prize-winning students for their hard work and dedication, as well as to our amazing staff for their unwavering support in helping these learners achieve such outstanding results. This achievement is a testament to the commitment of both our students and our school, and it is a source of immense pride for the entire BSB community.
