The British School of Brussels (BSB) opened its doors again to over 300 new students for
the academic year 2019-2020. The year started with some wonderful opportunities for both
new and current BSB families to get together, become familiar with the campus, meet
members of the community, and of course their friends and teachers.
New Families’ Day on 29 August, was all about helping those that were new to familiarise
themselves with their new school. Watch the video of the New Family Day here.
On Sunday 8 September, another event for families took place at BSB: The BSB Family
Day, hosted jointly by BSB and the Families of BSB (FoBSB), our parent association. With
over 30 information stands from BSB, local clubs, companies and services, the event aimed
at offering BSB families a chance to learn more about BSB community but also about clubs,
organisations and local services in the area.
Watch the video of BSB Family Day here.
Throughout the year, FoBSB has a huge variety of events, activities, groups, information and
support services to help (new) families get the most from their time at BSB and in Belgium.
It’s about helping to settle the whole family, not just the children!
