On Sunday 10 September we welcomed hundreds of families on campus to enjoy what was a fun-filled afternoon. BSB Family Day was an an exciting all families event to welcome new and current families to school. Hosted jointly by BSB and Families of BSB (FoBSB), the school parents’ association, it was a wonderful opportunity to make connections, meet new friends, parent volunteers and fellow parents, plus a chance to discover information about clubs, organisations and local services to help families get more out of the local and BSB community.
Parent volunteers from FoBSB organised and ran a sumptuous international buffet and café, generously provided by the families themselves as well as our event sponsors, Stonemanor British Store and Carrefour Market. There were sports displays in swimming, gymnastics, rugby and three fantastic dance showcases. The House mascots once again made an appearance at the event to the joy of children and adults alike. We thank all who attended and supported this event and we look forward to seeing many more families in the years to come.
